Returns

You have fourteen days from delivery to return any watch that is not as described.

The policy

If a watch does not match its listing — condition, completeness, function or authenticity — contact us within fourteen days of delivery and we will arrange a fully insured return at our cost and refund you in full by the method you paid.

If you simply change your mind, we will still take the watch back within fourteen days provided it is unworn, unmarked and returned complete with everything it shipped with. Return shipping and insurance in that case is at your cost.

What voids a return

• Any sizing, polishing, engraving or service carried out after delivery
• Damage, wear or marks not present when the watch left us
• Missing box, papers, links or accessories that shipped with the watch
• Returns started more than fourteen days after delivery

How to start a return

Call +1 (430) 368-1076 or email contact@collectorschronos.com with your order number. Do not ship anything back before speaking to us — an uninsured parcel arriving unannounced is a risk to both of us. We will issue a return authorisation and a prepaid insured label where the return is our responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment route once the watch is back with us and inspected, normally within two business days. Crypto settlements are refunded in the same asset at the spot rate on the day of refund; because crypto moves, that amount may differ from the amount you originally sent.
