Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases from Watches and Collectables LLC, trading as Collectors Chronos. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. The seller

2. Independence

We are an independent dealer in pre-owned and unworn watches. We are not an authorised dealer for and are not affiliated with any manufacturer named on this site. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are provided by the manufacturer and not by us.

3. Orders and availability

Our catalogue includes watches we have sold, retained as an archive and clearly marked as such. An order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we confirm it. Where a watch has sold between your order and our confirmation, we will refund you in full immediately.

4. Prices and settlement

Prices are in US dollars. We accept Zelle, bank wire and cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency settlements receive a 2% discount, applied at checkout. Orders are held for forty-eight hours pending settlement; unsettled orders after that period may be released back to the catalogue.

5. Title and risk

Title passes to you when payment has cleared in full. Risk passes on delivery. Goods are insured in transit for their full value.

6. Description and condition

Every watch is described as we find it, including faults. Photographs show the actual watch. Minor variation between screen colour and the watch in hand is not a defect.

7. Returns

8. Export and duties

International buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination country. We declare the correct value on all shipments.

9. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the watch. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
