What we promise, in writing
The photographs are the watch
Every image on a listing is of that exact piece, shot in our studio. Never a manufacturer press image, never a stock photo of the reference. If you want another angle before you commit, ask and we will take it.
Faults go in the description
Polishing, bracelet stretch, service marks, replaced parts, missing box or papers. If our watchmakers found it, it is written into the listing before you ask. A listing that says nothing about condition is hiding something.
Fourteen days to send it back
If a watch is not as described, contact us within fourteen days and the return is fully insured at our cost, refunded in full. Have it independently verified by any watchmaker you choose first — we would rather you did.
Your money moves once
Zelle, bank wire or crypto, settled directly with a specialist who has spoken to you. We will never email you a change of banking details, and we will never ask you to send funds anywhere but the account on your invoice.
How to check us before you spend anything
- Call and ask a hard question. +1 (430) 368-1076. Ask about a specific reference, its condition, what it last sold for. A dealer who cannot answer without checking is not handling the watch.
- Ask for the serial. We will give it to you before purchase so you can verify the reference and production period independently.
- Ask for a video. The watch running, the caseback, the clasp codes. We send these routinely and it costs you nothing to ask.
- Check the company. Watches and Collectables LLC, registration 2022-001117132, 701 Tillery Street Unit 12 1296, Austin, Texas 78702.
- Start small if you prefer. There is no obligation to begin with a five-figure piece. Plenty of customers buy a strap or a bracelet first to see how we handle it.
